When I sat down to put this list together, I had no idea how many "A" words I actually had in my list. It's not so much that there are dozens of individual words, but so many of them have several alternate endings/suffixes each, and I wanted to include those as well. It can be hard to remember all of the alternate endings when adding your text expanders, and I can't promise that I've even gotten them all here, so feel free to point out any that I've missed! And as always, refer back to Tara's initial introduction for more information on using text expanders.
A note about suffixes: One limitation of the ShortKeys program is you can only enter so many suffixes, and the list only allows you to add one letter for each of those outputs. So, for example, if I add "ack" for "acknowledge," I can open the Additional Words box and add "ackm" for "acknowledgement." However, to add "ackms" for "acknowledgements," I have to create a new ShortKey of its own. I can't use "acks" because that's set as "acknowledges." Not a big deal, but something you'll want to be aware of as you create your lists.
