I have two ways of doing names, and I haven't yet standardized to one or the other because I can't make up my mind on which I prefer, so I'm including both shortcuts for you. I can tell you that I've found it easier to use the same shortcut for last name only and first and last name, using a forward slash at the end, rather than trying to keep separate ones straight (such as mc for McCain and jm for John McCain). Either way, the output list gives you a place to start, and you can choose which shortcuts work best for you.
